Hexagon Drill :::


  • A hexagon of tape or rope on the ground, with sides about 18-24 inches long.


  • Stand in the center of the hexagon with feet close together about 4-6 inches apart.


  • Jump across one side of the hexagon and back to center, then proceed around each side of the hexagon.
  • This may be done for a specific number of complete trips around the hexagon or for total time.
